No one has, or ever will have, the rite to search your medical records, not now or in the future. not without your permission. Except if you commit a serious crime. take no notice of people who say differant, i am a also a admin co-ordinater, an i can promise you what iv said is true . check out , gov. policys on human rights , the freedom disclosure act. even with the new waiver your doctor can only inform them of your current health, lit just a two line form saying .. this person is / isnt in good health, this is only if you permit. check out ..the freedom of disclosure act 2008 guidelines. So many people are prescribed AD medication these days I doubt if it will be a huge problem, depending on what job you go for. And they are usually more interested in how much sick leave you have taken rather than the medication you take. There is a new law that says you have to sign a waiver if it is ok for your medical records to be known to hopeful employers, etc. If you have found out that someone is looking into your medical records, see an attorney. Don’t tell anyone.

MY frend just got turned down for a job as an air-traffic controller because of it. He used only 5 mg because it was the only thing that would work on his migranes.
