Would you rather be a big fish in a small pond, or a small fish in a big pond? Its your choice...samll fish can have room to grow in a big pond, but start out at the bottom. In a small pond you will know everything and be at the top, but since you are so big...theres nowhere to grow. Its about what is comfortable and what you see in the future.
