I work in private equity and have recently been told that there is not a future for me at the firm. My employer has offered to pay me for the next six months while I look for a job, but they are refusing to pay my bonus for 2006. My employer has drafted up documents that memorialize the arrangement for me to sign, but I’d like to have a lawer look at the documents first.
