If I reject an offer from Singapore firm after sucessfully got my S pass to be approved, what is your advice?

But somebody said it will go to my immigration record and got blacklisted.

    IS Okay for this. no to worries ! you still get S-pass for next application ( subject to jobs and company profile ) . of course not to do that few time . some S-Pass / EP holder cancel pass, and return to home town, come back again after sometimes for other employer, pass still approved. you do not have bad record,because of this ! But every few year , the standard of requirement to Qualified for S-Pass/EP may up-grade. is mean, you standard or jobs is Qualified for S-Pass now, but may not Qualified in the near future.
