Just stay out of trouble!!!! In my 16 years in law enforcement, I have seen three local attorneys arrested for OWI (one twice). They we not disbarred for this. Everyone makes mistakes, they are not looking for someone perfect, just for someone that is honest and takes responsibility for his actions. It may come up during an interview, so have a statement prepared as to how it effected your life and what changes you made because of it. We have two people in the Federal Executive Office who have DUI's on their records as do many lawyers and judges. Hopefully you didn't manage to kill anybody.
