How do I know if my Mini Schnauzer is pregnant?

I didnt plan on having puppies the first go round of her heat cycle.. I do have a male dog. When she went into heat I kept a “cloth” around her sort of like a pamper on her, and kept her in a kennel. However she went into heat at another house where there was another dog, and i picked her up asap. Her abdomen is a little firm. I’m really scared, I dont have time for puppies now, but I do want them in the future. HELP!

    Take her to the vet and ask them.

    you shold take your dog to the vet. only there you will find out for sure.

    Have her spayed. She’s too young to have puppies, and it would be more dangerous for her to try to whelp them than for her to be spayed when pregnant.

    Go to the vet for an exam and ask about spay surgery. There are too many homeless pets as it is.
