Morgaine asked:
I realized that my grandma and mom have developed droopy undereyes/lids as they aged, I think I will have it too. How can I prevent them from looking really bad when I am older? I use eye cream, and I don’t think they did so will that help? Should I start using firming creams early?

Well, eye creams are definitely a good idea, and so is an SPF every day, healthy lifestyle (no smoking or drugs), but to some degree genetics are what they are and you can only do some much to stop it. I like to think that by the time I reach the age my grandma was I will have cultivated so many other qualities that I may notice how droopy my jowls or eyelids have gotten but know that there are much more important things in life and be able to have a sense of humor about it like she did. Who knows until we get there!
You could try a lot of different things but just because they have droopy eye-lids doesn’t mean you will, mine did too but i am older now and don’t have any signs of it I do however put my face in a bowl of ice off and on for a total of five to ten min. once a week i have done this for ten years now. take care of your face like your doing and you will be fine.
