I live in India. I am one of the most intelligent students in my class(10th class). My dad does business and he makes approx 1200000 to 1400000 INR per year. Should I do MBA and get a job or continue my dad’s business?
like jobs that will be in demand, and will make a comfortable living, with 4 years or less of post secondary education?
I am looking for a firm or an out sourcing company to book people for appointments or meetings for me at a commission only basis. I pay great commission but the companies I have spoke to don`t even want to look at my proposal all they want is to get paid . I want someone to get me results and possibly in the future we can set up a plan based on the results that I am getting.I
A friend of mine and her husband set a company up in name only for future use. They had one share in it each. Now her husband who is a qualified Accountant has started to trade under this name and has told her that because she is not an Accountant she can not be a shareholder and has given her a document to sign transferring her share to him.
This firm is a corporate agency for Life and Non-life insurance and sells mutual funds also. The proposed firm will also deal with all sorts of financial products such as shares, personal loans etc in future. Basically it concentrates more on insurance and mutual funds. It will be a private Limited firm.
Can someone help me understand the “BIG 4” accounting firms, and what their presence means to entrepreneurs that want to open an accounting firm? If I was a Lawyer, and had a good client base I could open a law firm and then get it to grow with hopes of one day becoming very big, but with the presence of this big 4 thing ever since Sarbanes Oxley, has it affected a budding accounting firms ability to grow like a Law firm might be able to?
