Yea, im’ 13 and I had a talk with my dad about this whole finance thing in the future.
I’m half chinese half english kid and I can speak 3 languages that includes English, Cantonese and Mandarin. I’m just wanting to know opinions from you guys for what type of jobs I should consider in the future with my trilingual ability.
In each of the following, you’re unemployed at the beginning of the year and at the end.
1. You get one job that last six months, and get fired from it.
2. You get TWO jobs each of which last about six months, and get fired from both of them.
3. You are unemployed for the entire year.
Assume that the firings are somehow performance-related (not mere layoffs), but not for any sort of malfeasance, e.g. it could be that they didn’t think you could work quickly enough, but not for goofing off.
ok i was thinking about what kind of career i could i wanna b a teacher but it is hard work(of course everything isnt easy) with an ok pay i wanna work with children i wanted to b a vet but i wouldnt want to put down an animal and stuff to painful i like little children and i dunno nurse isnt that great either so does ne1 hav a suggestion or agreat job
Im applying for a job but im afraid of putting previous job experience because i left on bad terms. I feel that if they contacted my previous employer it would hurt my chances for getting the job. Is it better to leave previous job experience blank or list it anyway? My previous job was retail but the job im applying for is not retail.
I’m in high school but still don’t know what I want to do with the rest of my life.Are there any good, but free, online tests that could tell me what I may be good at doing?
I was recently laid off from my job of 5 years. My boss was strapped for cash and refused to give me my final paycheck until I threatened to take action with the Department of Labor. Now he hates my guts and I can’t list him as a job reference to future employers. What should I tell people when they ask why I don’t have any references?
Ok i have had a job at Petco for a little over a year now and i really **** i there. I just applied to a new Payless Shoe store and have a job interview monday. But will me changing jobs look bad when i apply for a job in the future?
Also, i am in school to be an accountant if that matters.
I know what I like but I dont know whats out there. I’ve looked but nothing seems me.
I want it to deal with-
animals (dont care what kind)
outdoors
possibly traveling
limited contact with people (Im very shy and not socialble)
I love science but not that great at math.
I dont know what to do with myself in the future I really need help. Any suggestions would be greatly appriecated.

What do you see as the future of the job market. There is high unemployment and little to know career opportunities in most fields. Some recommend going back to school but I see that as running up more debt in a lot of cases.Others state you should start your own business. But that is much easier said than done!
