Its been one and a half year I had been employed as an Account assistant in a partnership firm. I am happy and satisfied with my job routine, atmosphere is good and pay scale is also good. Only I am less disappointed is there is no future benefits i.e. I only draw a basic salary. I had heard about job paper work done at home, after all it is a part time job. Can anyone tell me if working in part time jobs will I get future benefits?
I have never dealt with such a company before they are under handed and watch out or the small print.their mortgages have a redemption fee for the full term 25yrs of the mortgage but they dont tell you this .I am now taking them to the financial ombudsman ..is it me or has anybody else been conned by this firm ..oh and the brookers who sell you their products make about £4000 for signing you up……
I am, or was invested in Merrill Lynch, they sold out to Bank of America, and I am hearing today, that other large firms are in dire straits. Lehmans was denied a bail out, and AIG is in trouble, along with Washington Mutual. Where there were 5 large Mortgage/Financial firms on Wall Street before, we are now down to 2. Are we heading to one World Bank? What does all this mean to our future? Are you invested in any of these and what is your take on all of this?
As a loyal Hilton patron, I’m concerned that corners will be cut in providing the excellent service Hilton is known for, in an attempt to squeeze more profit out of the company for the private equity firm.
Will Hilton become another brand that USED to mean quality but doesn’t anymore (like Schwinn and Hewlett-Packard)?
