how are future job outlooks for commercial airline pilots in next ~20 years? will their jobs be replaced by technology? if so why, if not why not? thanks.

i am about to graduate with an aviation degree and will have my COM SEL and COM MEL (20 hours) with insturment. about 350 TT. i plan on moving to florida soon. will any company even think about hiring me for a first officer position or will i need to build more time?
