The exact question is ‘From the research you have done on our industry, how does our firm fit in with your career aspirations?’

I can’t think of what to write for this. Would I go on about them having a great quantitative analysis division or something? Please give me some ideas on what I could write. Thanks!

    I’m no financial wizard, but I think all they want you to do is sell yourself and tell them how your goals and aspirations can help Barclays Capital achieve it’s strategy and goals.

    Just look through the research, pinpoint how your skills would fit into developing the industry and then match this to Barclays Capital’s goals.
