I’m 14 and i would like to work for Apple in the future. I don’t know if i chose the best subjects for the job. I would like to work in Silicon Valley, California. The related subjects i chose were technical studies (programming and electrics) graphic communication , physics , spanish, chemistry , english and maths. I also stay in Scotland but i want to move to California. Anyone know how i can contact Apple?
the future job that i am looking for is to become a correctional officer in the city/town of Chehalis Washington.
I’m an 18 year old freshman in college, and I want to get my lip pierced. I don’t have a job currently and I don’t plan on getting one for at least a few months. By then, I’ll be able to put a clear plastic retainer in the hole to make the piercing less visible. Will that have a serious impact on my future job options?
My eventual career goal is laywer, but when I’m older I can always take the piercing out and see how much the hole closes up.
im in my high school and im not quite sure which course ill be taking. and since i dont know which job i like, i might as well choose a job which will be high in demand in the future. so PLS HELP!!!
What do you think is the best career to choose to study for future uses of computers replacing jobs?
Many cars are being built with more and more computer type parts. Everything is starting to be ran by a computer. Operators are now replaced with auto computers who understand what you say and how to direct your call. Those are just jobs lost. They’ve been in our lives for years and are now taking more and more jobs. What field can not be replaced by a computer? Lawyer, doctor, mother, or can even those functions be replaced with a bit more technology?
Some friends and I got together and started talking about this one and realized that at least for the three of us haven’t been able to break out of the track that our first high school job put us on. I was in retail and still am despite having a degree and management experience. Another friend is trapped in the food industry. Still another, in secretarial work despite a masters degree in business management. Are we doomed by our first job I ask you?
I work in a very high pace retail store and lately have been arguing with the managers( there’re 6) quite often. because everyone is always so on the go and stressed there are endless misunderstandings and very often i stay there hours late and am treated not to my standards to say the least.( for a rediculously small paycheck) i tried to give it some time but things arent getting better so i put in my two weeks , but i would love to find another job soon. basically im looking for a more organized environment that pays better. perhaps a bank. will they be bothered by the way my last job experience went? can i say i am looking for a better opportunity? i dont want this experience to ruin my future carreers. i’ve worked at other places before and they give me great references so this is the only place
I am trying to decide whether or not to do this at uni, and I want to know what would be available as a future career if I do it.
Can somebody give me a list of Jobs i could look at? im a freshman in highschool and trying to look ahead after someone asked me what i wanted to be when i grew up and i didn’t have an answer.

Ok here is my situation about 2 years ago I graduated with a BS in biology, what I feel now was one of the biggest mistakes of my life, so anyhow I really really love biology I had hoped to get a job in conservation but no place would even give me an interview, I have almost no experience in the field and no one is willing to give it
I had to take a job in food quality control to support myself, I really really **** the job with a passion and everyday I feel myself die a little inside.
I really want to work in the bio field but my grades are pretty bad, 2.7 gpa, so Im not sure I could get into a grad program,
I want to get a different degree but I’m terrified about not being able to get a job and find myself in even more debt, Im 30,000 right now,
So any advice about grad school, or a degree that could possibly lead to an interesting decent paying job, I do not consider something like accounting interesting,
I’m not looking for a lot here, just a viable future for myself, any advise would be greatly appreciated thanks
Anyone out there
