I am having a L1 Individual VISA valid for one year for X company. I am planning to shift to some other organization. Can I use the same VISA and travel to US in the future company?

I’m not sure what to do…my boyfriend and I were talking and he is very firm on not wanting any more children. He already has 2 girls with his ex-wife. I’m alittle younger than him and have no children. I feel if I’m going to think about being him for the long haul I do want children, of course after marriage. We are doing really great besides that issue. I really don’t want to leave him because of that. We’ve been together for about a year now. What do you suggest? I don’t want to pressure him if he really doesn’t want to. And it’s not like I want a baby now…just a few years from now once hings settle down. Any words of advice would help! Thank you

I am a college student with aspirations of becoming an entrepenuer. I would like to open a Event Planning/ PR firm and I actually want to throw my own events at nightclubs for other college students, in the near future and I would like to know aside from loans and things of that nature how can I get sponsors to sponsor my first event?

how would i do it and could this exempt my from margin calls if the future position went to far against me provided my put position still worked . also is there a good brookerage firm that could help me do this .

Something equivalent to E-trade or Schwab or Fidelity

Im planning to take architecture major when I transfer, which is next year, but am still questioning if this field is going to be good in the future. What do you think, does it seem promising enough? I heard it’s hard to get a job in an arch firm.. =( [currently looking for one, =P ]

Why do they do so when normally they have greater expertize than you-to guess the future drops? Is it that they do this ONLY when THEY don’t sense any future falls, and that-is-why they lend you cause it is you who are taking the risk and they will anyhow get their share of money even if you fail. In situations when they also sense the future fall, will they give you the shares then also, for short selling when they themselves can do the same for complete profit.

im fresh out of college and have little sales experience. im smart and personable, but wonder how long it takes to make decent money as a futures and commodities broker. it is all comission with no health benefits. other jobs im looking at are like 38,000 with benefits and more of a set work schedule.

Some ppl have told me that I need to work at a CPA firm for 2 years in order to sit for the CPA exam (along with the education) and obtain my license. Others have told me that I need only 1 year of general accounting experience and finish all the accounting related courses.

Currently I am a staff accountant at a company (non-cpa firm) and was wondering if i am wasting my time here if i plan to take the CPA exam in the future.
