What are some factors analysts should consider when evaluation a company’s future financial statement?

A friend of mine and her husband set a company up in name only for future use. They had one share in it each. Now her husband who is a qualified Accountant has started to trade under this name and has told her that because she is not an Accountant she can not be a shareholder and has given her a document to sign transferring her share to him.

I’m trying to find a good quality low fee on-line discount brokerage firm. I’m not into futures, options and stuff like that. I just want to buy and sell stocks, bonds, & mutual funds. I also want to buy shares in worldwide funds, not just the US. Thanx.

Hello Every one. Need a clear detailed guidance upon the future studies. I am doing MBA now through distance education, but its not much recognized. So I need to study something which would make a firm future. It could be even one more MBA. so please advice me , what I can do further. Clear details about the course and future is wanted. Expecting a complete , clear advice.
By the way I am 24years old. Working in a MNC concern in singapore.

Just wondering because Im probably going to need to go to community college for 2 years and then transfer to a university. I was also wondering if salaries were lower or whether or not big firms would hire people who had transferred.
