Mrs. Omarion asked:

I am looking at working at a law firm as a legal secretary and since I would like to relocate to Los Angeles, I could have a second job by working from home for extra cash for extra income toward rent and everything else which can really help my future out. My question is should I do this as I plan to do and is it a good idea?

Simran asked:

I have got this job offer from Texas which is an “at-will” contract. Now I am expecting more better offers to come in next week. However, this employer wants me to make a decision on the offer within this week. Is it possible that even after signing the offer letter I can choose not to join that firm, just because I am getting a better offer elsewhere?

A firm is planning to increase its inventory turnover by 1.5 turns next year. This year’s inventory is $40M with revenues of $850M. Revenues are expected to grow by 10% next year. Brandon G asked:

Can someone help me understand the “BIG 4” accounting firms, and what their presence means to entrepreneurs that want to open an accounting firm? If I was a Lawyer, and had a good client base I could open a law firm and then get it to grow with hopes of one day becoming very big, but with the presence of this big 4 thing ever since Sarbanes Oxley, has it affected a budding accounting firms ability to grow like a Law firm might be able to?

Lance B asked:

I have a relative who is considering this approach to estate planning. Her estate is not particularly large, but she is single, a cancer survivor and would like to have a living will among some other things.

In addition, some of her heirs are more than a bit “wayward” so she is wary of what will happen in the future with other heirs and family members. The monthly membership fee strikes me as a bit odd/potentially expensive.
